Serhii Fedorenko has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of the Naftogaz Group. The Group's press service announced this today.
The former Chief Commercial Officer of Naftogaz Group, Dmytro Abramovych, is moving to the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC.
According to Naftorynok, the commercial team of Ukrnafta remains in the company under the leadership of Tetiana Sydorenko, who previously worked at Ukrgazvydobuvannya.
Before his appointment at Naftogaz, Serhii Fedorenko held a similar position at Ukrnafta PJSC, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of petroleum products, supply logistics, gas and electricity trading, management and development of the filling station network, as well as B2B fuel sales to corporate clients.
Experience
Serhii Fedorenko has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to Ukrnafta, he served as Commercial Director at Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC (2015–2023), where he was also a member of the executive board. He simultaneously headed the Naftogaz Oil Trading from 2019 to 2022.
In 2022–2023, he served as a volunteer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
New Board Members
It should be recalled that the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC appointed two new members of the executive board.
