The Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC has appointed two new members to the Executive Board – Oksana Volynets and Olena Artazey, according to the company’s press service.
Oksana Volynets has taken charge of legal and regulatory affairs. She has over 20 years of legal experience, particularly in corporate governance, M&A, and the resolution of complex corporate disputes. She headed relevant departments at the Continuum Group (WOG) and Ukrnafta PJSC.

Olena Artazey will be responsible for the HR function within the Naftogaz Group. She has more than 10 years of experience in human resources management in both the private and public sectors, including roles at WOG, the State Property Fund, and Ukrnafta PJSC.

Additionally, Nadiya Bihun has been appointed Director of Operational Efficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management for the Naftogaz Group. She has about 20 years of experience in procurement at national-level businesses and organizations. Since 2015, she has held senior positions at Prozorro, Ukrposhta, the Medical Procurement of Ukraine, and Ukroboronprom. From 2022 to 2025, she served as Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, overseeing procurement policy.

The Supervisory Board has also reappointed Roman Chumak as a Board Member for three months (until September 16, 2025) and Dmytro Abramovych for one month (until July 16, 2025). The powers of Vasyl Volodin and Ivan Lukeria as Board Members have been terminated.
