Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC, a member of the Naftogaz Group, has opened 228 new partner branches in 132 Ukrainian cities and towns, the Naftogaz press service reports.
New partners of Naftogaz
According to the company, thanks to cooperation with new national partners, customers can receive services more conveniently:
- City24 - access to services through self-service terminals;
- Ukrgasbank - the ability to serve customers in the bank's branches;
- Diia.Centers - integration of Naftogaz services into the public service system.
“Increasing the number of service points is part of our strategy to improve customer service. We want our customers to be able to quickly and conveniently resolve all issues related to gas supply. The new partnerships allow us to cover even more cities and towns, making Naftogaz services even more accessible,” said Serhiy Belyaev, CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine GSC.
In the partner branches, customers can get advice, submit meter readings, change the owner of their personal accounts, pay for services, and resolve other issues related to gas supply.
Naftogaz of Ukraine GSC is the largest natural gas supplier to households and small businesses in Ukraine. The company serves 12.5 million household consumers and more than 5 thousand enterprises.
