Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC, a member of the Naftogaz Group specializing in gas supply to residential consumers, handled more than 60 million calls in 2024, the Naftogaz press service reports.
Of these, 19 million calls were handled by Naftogaz's contact center operators. This is 30% more than in 2023, and almost a third of all calls received by the company.
“Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine supplies gas to 12.5 million Ukrainian families and more than 5 thousand small and medium-sized businesses. The well-coordinated work of the company is an important factor of sustainability for the country, so I am grateful to all my colleagues for their coordinated and conscientious work,” said Roman Chumak, Acting Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Customers' most frequently asked questions were about meter readings, account status and amount to be paid, and change of address ownership.
“We are making every effort to improve communication with our customers. We are grateful to all our customers for their trust and timely payments,” added Sergiy Belyaev, Director of Naftogaz of Ukraine Gas Supply Company.
Last year, the share of people using the company's online services also increased. Thus, the number of personal account users reached 4.4 million, which is 10% more than in 2023.
The company's chatbots on Viber and Telegram were subscribed to by 5.2 million customers, up 25% year-on-year.
