Naftogaz thanked its employees for defending Ukraine
“It is a great honor for me to work with you in the same company. I thank you for everything you have done for Ukraine and are doing for Naftogaz Group. Our facilities are under massive attacks. Together with you, we are overcoming the consequences, restoring, and continuing to work. Today it is very important to be together, to support and help. Each of us remembers the day when the full-scale war started and many other important days over the past three years. But no matter what, we continue to produce, store, and supply gas to people and businesses. This is possible because we are protected by thousands of people. This is possible because you have been protecting us,” said Roman Chumak.
“On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I thank each of you for standing up for Ukraine and for fighting for the right of Ukrainians to have gas, heat, and light. Naftogaz's enterprises are extremely important for Ukraine, and the fact that they continue to operate is a merit of every employee of the Group's large team,” said Anthony Marino.
He also emphasized that the dedication of Naftogaz employees has no limits and expressed confidence in the company's further development for the benefit of the Ukrainian people.
Naftogaz Group companies have already employed more than 1,300 demobilized specialists. More than 4,000 Naftogaz Group employees are defending Ukraine, and almost 100,000 more colleagues are doing their best to ensure that Ukraine has gas and heat every day.
