Naftogaz Group CEO Roman Chumak met with Bergen Engines CEO John Erik Røve and Itera COO John Erik Høgberg, who visited Kyiv. This was reported by the press service of Naftogaz.
What did they talk about?
Roman Chumak thanked the partners for the gas piston units provided, which will provide heat and electricity for two major cities of Ukraine in the next heating season.
"We are grateful for the high-tech equipment that will strengthen the energy sustainability of our communities. In the face of constant attacks on the power grid, reliable backup power sources are not just equipment but a guarantee of heat and light in the homes of Ukrainians," said Roman Chumak.
The parties also discussed opportunities for cooperation in the digitalization of natural gas production in Ukraine. This includes the use of modern IT solutions, data analytics, and cloud services to improve the efficiency of wells.
