Naftogaz Oil Trading (NOT) recently launched two more gas stations of the Glusco network in Volyn, the company informed NaftoRynok. The stations are located in the city of Luboml and the village of Vyshniv, Volyn region, now there are 83 gas stations in the network. Unlike the previously restored facilities that sell fuel under the U.GO flags, these gas stations will operate under the old F+ brand, which was introduced during the time of the management of Glusco Ukraine by Boris Gandze (then Glusco stations for operation under the F+ and Avia brands were spun off into a separate legal entity - Vyvat LLC, and most of the stations in Kyiv were leased to OKKO, WOG, and KLO).

One may remind that the political game of civil servants around the Glusco network has been going on for several months. The new head of the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification, Search, and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA), Olena Duma, stated the unsatisfactory financial results of Naftogaz's management of the Glusco network from 2022 and the funds not received in the budget, but categorically refuse to make public the contracts between the agency and the Notary Public. Already in August 2023, ARMA will terminate the contract on the management of the Glusco gas station with NOT.

Director of Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC Volodymyr Bychkov appealed that ARMA did not ensure the timely transfer of the arrested property of the traitor Viktor Medvedchuk to the full control of the National Security Agency. According to him, most of the seized assets were transferred to the management purely formally, which led to the budget not receiving revenues. The company managed to invest more than UAH 25.7 million in seized network assets, but ARMA is not going to repay the debt.

In September, the Government transferred the former Glusco gas stations to Ukrnafta, where a separate management structure is being formed. However, the state-owned company did not manage the network for a month. According to NaftoRynok, one of the reasons for the delay is the long-term approval of the concentration in AMCU. Back in August, Olena Duma stated that ARMA should receive UAH 5 million from the network manager Glusco and interest from the profit every month. From the beginning of August, the date of termination of the contract with the National Insurance Company, ARMA should have received at least UAH 10 million for Glusco. However, Elena Duma's premature decision did not bring additional financial results for ARMA, as stated in the report "Achievements of ARMA: 100 days under the new leadership", October 11, 2023, about the payment of UAH 5 million/month. and it is still spoken of as a future event.
