The “BRSM-Nafta” gas station network has expanded its customer services by introducing an automated currency exchange terminal, or “valutomat,” now available at their Kyiv station on Olena Teliha Street.
In addition to non-fuel services such as the “Good Market” convenience store, a café, automotive accessories, and a parcel pickup point operated by Nova Poshta, the station now offers customers the ability to exchange currency through the self-service terminal, explained Denis Purchel, Chief Operating Officer of BRSM-Nafta.
“The customer service experience is constantly evolving. Just seven years ago, this location had only four fuel pumps and where the store now stands was a car wash and service station. Back then, nobody talked about coffee, hot dogs, parcel pickup, or currency exchange. Today, customers expect more and focus on the quality of the experience they receive during their visit,” Purchel added.
The automated currency exchange terminal operates 24/7, matching the gas station’s hours, and accepts cash transactions at commercial exchange rates. Instructions are provided in both Ukrainian and English. After each transaction, the terminal issues a fiscal receipt. The device features banknote analysis and counterfeit detection capabilities and completes transactions in approximately 20 seconds. It is also equipped with video surveillance. Currently, no additional financial services beyond currency exchange have been announced.

Currency exchange services are also selectively available at OKKO and WOG gas stations.
