UPG summarized its 2025 expansion: the company opened 102 new gas stations, bringing its network to 529 locations, paid 19 billion UAH in taxes, and grew its team to 5,300 employees. This was reported to NaftoRynok by UPG’s press service.

UPG Expansion Year: Key Achievements

In just six months, the number of stations under the company’s management grew almost sixfold—from 87 in July to 529 in December. Some of these sites are already operational. During this period, UPG launched 102 new locations, most of which previously operated under the ANP and “Avias” brands, according to the report.

The company’s contribution to the national economy grew alongside its business. In 2025, UPG paid 19 billion UAH in taxes, 5 billion more than the previous year. The team increased by 44% and now includes over 5,300 employees, with roughly 200 new hires joining each month on average, UPG reported.

According to the State Tax Service, UPG is among the top five large gas station chains in terms of average salaries, which are 33,200 UAH in the company.

The pace of network expansion also affected logistics: in six months, UPG trucks traveled over 25.6 million km.

Social responsibility and charity

In 2025, UPG continued social initiatives in collaboration with partners, including:

  • Providing fuel for targeted evacuations by the Superhumans Center, helping transport 47 people from frontline areas to specialized clinics.
  • Working with Uanimals to support 7 animal evacuation flights, relocating 424 pets to safe areas.
  • During the winter blackout, offering residents of Dnipro free lunch boxes and fuel discounts.
  • Supporting the Limitless project, in which veterans from the GUR conducted an expedition to Everest Base Camp to raise donations for phantom pain treatment equipment.
  • Partnering with Ukraine WOW, donating 1,000 tickets to internally displaced persons and families of military personnel.
