The first rebranded Shell gas stations in the colors of Ukrnafta have appeared in the Kyiv region, reports a NaftoRynok correspondent who visited the stations. These are former Shell stations located on Stolychne Highway, Boryspil Highway, and in the village of Chaiky. As of early June, five stations are already in the final stages of readiness.
The company stated that rebranding work is actively ongoing across Ukraine.
“In the spring, Alliance Holding held tenders that resulted in the selection of six contractors to carry out Shell gas station rebranding,” Ukrnafta representatives told NaftoRynok.
According to a company spokesperson, the plan is to complete the rebranding of all stations by November 2025, at a rate of 10–15 stations per month.
How Ukrnafta Acquired Shell
In November 2024, the CEO of Ukrnafta PJSC Serhiy Koretskyi announced the signing of an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Alliance Holding LLC. The other co-owner of Alliance Holding LLC, holding 49%, is the state, represented by the State Property Fund. Thus, Ukrnafta becomes the majority owner of the network of fueling stations, which includes 118 operating gas stations.
