Ukrnafta has completed the rebranding of its gas stations that previously operated under the Shell brand. They are now fully integrated into the state company's network, the Ukrnafta press service reported.
Details
All stations have been fully renovated and brought in line with Ukrnafta's unified network standards. Customer routes have been standardized, coffee corners and food service areas updated, and service quality aligned. Currently, all 663 Ukrnafta stations operate as a single system, according to the statement.
With the acquisition of the Shell network, Ukrnafta has significantly strengthened its presence along major highways, in Kyiv, and in strategically important regions, the company noted.
Stations that have transitioned from Shell to Ukrnafta are already showing increased fuel sales and growth in related products, including food and coffee beverages.
Earlier, in early August, Ukrnafta announced that it had closed the deal to acquire Shell stations and is continuing the rebranding program for these sites.
Background
After the rebranding, former Shell stations are selling twice as much fuel, demonstrating the strength of the Ukrnafta brand in the Ukrainian market, said Denis Kudin, Executive Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Development at Ukrnafta.
