After the full-scale Russian invasion, many foreign contractors of Ukrgazvydobuvannya stopped providing services on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, the development of the Ukrainian service market for oil and gas production has become an important issue, the message states.
Thanks to online consultations from foreign colleagues, the employees of Ukrgazvydobuvannya have mastered the complex technical nuances of equipment operation, and they continue to learn even now, the company says.
"We are focused on localizing Western technologies as soon as possible and giving Ukrainian companies the opportunity to develop. Everything that we, as a customer, can do within the limits of the law for Ukrainian service companies, we do," said the acting director of UGV Oleg Tolmachev.
The meeting also discussed the development of Ukrainian enterprises that could meet the needs of Ukrgazvydobuvannya in certain goods and services, as well as the company's cooperation with Ukrainian specialized universities and colleges that train workers for the oil and gas sector.
