Ukrburgaz, a subsidiary of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, a member of the Naftogaz Group, has drilled 3,263 meters in 20 days with one drilling rig, which is a record for the company. This was reported by the press service of Ukrgasvydobuvannya. The previous record was 3,100m in 22 days.
“Our drillers prove once again that there is always room for growth in the work process. And each new achievement is just a conditional bar that sets the pace for the entire team for the future,” said Yuriy Kalmuk, Director of Ukrburgaz.
The drilling record was set by the drilling team of Ukrburgaz's Shebelynka Field Service Division, led by Ivan Syniuk and Roman Kozelkivsky.
“I would like to thank our specialists who, despite all the difficulties of the war, continued drilling at the beginning of the full-scale invasion and are still working in a coordinated manner. The company's main task now is to optimize and increase production, and we cannot do this without the skilled work of our drillers. I am grateful to the team for not stopping there,” commented Serhiy Lagno, Acting CEO of Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
As a reminder, Ukrburgaz broke the record in April by drilling 40,059 meters in April. This figure is 24% higher than the previous record in the Company's history (32,423 meters) in one month.
