In 2024, Ukraine imported 314.3 thousand tons of gasoline by road, which is 20.9% less than in 2023, according to the January 17, 2025, edition of NaftoRynok Daily Fuels & LPG.

The share of gasoline delivered by fuel trucks in Ukraine's total gasoline imports decreased from 31.8% in 2023 to 25.4% in 2024. This reflects a shift in the market's logistical priorities.
Despite the overall decline in road-based gasoline imports in 2024, the volumes showed positive quarterly dynamics. The highest import volumes by road were achieved in Q4 2024, amounting to 95.7 thousand tons. This represents a 2.4% increase compared to Q3, a 39.5% increase compared to Q2, and a 69.3% increase compared to Q1.
The number of gasoline importers using fuel trucks decreased to 167 in 2024, compared to 238 in 2023.
