In January–April 2025, bioethanol exports increased by 126.3% to 51.7 thousand tons compared to the same period last year. This is stated in the analytical report Monthly Fuels & LPG for May 2025.

In January–April, the leader in bioethanol volumes was "Persha Podilska Enerhetychna Kompaniia", which accounted for almost one-third of the market (32.6%).
As of April, bioethanol exports decreased by 11.5% compared to March and amounted to 12.7 thousand tons. The entire volume consisted of undenatured bioethanol. The number and composition of exporters remained unchanged — seven companies, as in March.
The export geography of ethanol in April 2025 remained the same — it was supplied to six countries. The main importers were Lithuania (61.3%), Germany (13.9%), and Poland (10.2%).
