The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Ukrnafta PJSC as the manager of Glusco's assets. Oleksiy Chernyshov, chairman of the board of Naftogaz, announced this on Facebook.
The head of Naftogaz thanked the Cabinet of Ministers for its support, noting that the issue of network launch costs will be resolved.
"Also, the CMU gave the task of settling the issue of reimbursement of costs incurred by Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC (U.GO), which was engaged in restarting Medvedchuk's seized commercial assets," wrote Chernyshov. He reminded that both companies are part of the Naftogaz Group and continue to work.
It was previously reported that Naftogaz Oil Trading invested over UAH 25.7 million in seized assets of the Glusco network. From September 2022 to June 2023, the company restored the operation of 79 seized gas stations of the Glusco network in Ukraine under the U.GO brand.
