The SmartTender team was among the first in Ukraine to start implementing artificial intelligence tools in procurement and continues to improve these solutions to increase the efficiency of companies participating in tenders across the country. What makes the AgroPetrol conference noteworthy
The AgroPetrol 2026 conference for procurement specialists in petroleum products, electricity, and natural gas will take place on April 16 in Kyiv (the exact venue will be announced later).
The event will be held in a Speed Dating format: the first 30 registered buyer companies and 30 supplier companies are guaranteed to participate in “quick meeting” negotiations. Other attendees will have the opportunity to network with potential partners over coffee in a convenient and informal setting.

SmartTender was founded by Oleh Shcherbatenko and Oleksii Shcherbatenko.
The tender platform started operations in 2013 and later became a leader in online procurement in the private sector. The SmartTender team actively participated in the development and launch of the public procurement system Prozorro. After the successful launch of Prozorro in 2016, SmartTender.biz became one of its official platforms.
In February 2021, SmartTender became one of the first platforms to receive all five possible Prozorro accreditation levels. As a result, not only procurement organizers and suppliers can operate on SmartTender.biz, but also centralized procurement organizations that conduct aggregated purchases.
As of 2026, SmartTender has over 110,000 users of the service.
