Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC, which is part of the Naftogaz Group, from September 2022 to June 2023 restored the operation of 79 seized gas stations of the Glusco network in Ukraine. Currently, the stations operate under the U.Go brand, including in the front-line and de-occupied regions. This is reported by ARMA.
ARMA notes that, as of today, Naftogaz has spent more than UAH 41 million to ensure the preservation of seized property and the possibility of using gas stations for their functional purpose. At the same time, in April of this year, the first revenues from asset management were transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine.
One may remind, in May 2022, the government, at the proposal of ARMA, agreed to transfer to the management of Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC a number of seized assets of the gas station business in Ukraine.
It concerns 230 gas stations and real estate owned by 31 legal entities, including Glusco and its subsidiaries. The corporate rights of all the specified legal entities were also transferred to the management.
