Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC paid UAH 109 million in taxes to the budget from the management of the Glusco gas stations for 2022. This was reported to Ukrinform by the head of the Naftogaz Oil Trading legal support group, Serhiy Tashchi.
"Our company has all the necessary evidence that the information provided by Olena Duma (head of ARMA - ExPro) during the conference regarding the results of activities in the management of the assets of the enterprises of the Glusko Ukraine Group is unreliable," Tashchi said.
According to Naftogaz Oil Trading's letter to ARMA, which is at the disposal of Ukrinform, the company transferred UAH 109.138 million in taxes and fees from the management of the Glusco gas station to the state budget for 2022. This is the total amount of taxes and fees paid to the state budget by all participants in the asset management process.
It is also reported that the volume of expenses for asset management is UAH 323.065 million. 873 employees are involved in asset management.
"Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC considers the information provided to be unreliable, as taxes and other deductions to the budgets of all levels were paid from the activities of all commercial facilities of the former Glusco gas station network, which began operating using the U.GO brand in 2022, which is well known representatives of ARMA", Taschi emphasized.
It will be recalled that on August 25, the head of ARMA, Olena Duma, stated at a press conference that Naftogaz Oil Trading did not fulfill the terms of the gas station management contract and noted that for 2022, the network did not pay "a single penny" to the budget.
