Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC declares that ARMA's actions regarding the termination of the contract for the management of the Glusco gas station network are proportionate. Volodymyr Bychkov, director of Naftogaz Oil Trading, announced this.
According to him, Naftogaz Oil Trading effectively and transparently manages the network of Glusco gas stations. The company is preparing an appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the illegality of ARMA's termination of asset management contracts.
He emphasized that the company considers the signed Glusco property management contracts to be valid and will fulfill them until the disputed issues are resolved.
The company notes that Naftogaz Oil Trading submitted monthly reports to ARMA on the performance of management contracts. ARMA checked the specified documents, at the same time, they did not receive any comments about the provision of unreliable data.
"We are working to achieve two goals: energy sustainability of Ukraine and consumer safety and comfort. The gas station network works stably and will work for the country and people. And any illegal actions harm the national security of Ukraine," Volodymyr Bychkov noted.
It will be recalled that on the evening of August 3, ARMA announced the unilateral termination of the contract for the management of seized assets of the Glusco gas station network with the manager - Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC.
