The anti-corruption management system of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC complies with the international standard ISO 37001:2016. This was confirmed by an external audit conducted by the certification body TÜV Austria in November 2024, the press service of Naftogaz reports.

The audit found no inconsistencies, and Naftogaz said the auditors also provided recommendations for improving the system.
“Obtaining the certificate is the result of two years of work by the Compliance Service of Naftogaz of Ukraine. It demonstrates the significant attention the company pays to preventing bribery, corruption, and compliance with the principles of anti-corruption ethics,” Naftogaz said in a statement.
The certificate is valid for three years. It will be confirmed during the annual supervisory audit.
