In January 2023, Naftogaz Trading LLC concluded agreements on the supply of natural gas to the Trypilska, Zmiivska, and Slovyanska TPPs until January 31, 2023. The Naftogaz press service reported this.
According to the company, this became possible thanks to the fulfillment of the conditions of the management of TPPs, which are part of the state enterprises Centrenergo and Donbasenergo.
The conditions for the supply of natural gas in accordance with the Regulations are:
- signed natural gas supply contract;
- concluded agreements/additional agreements on contractual debiting from current bank accounts (in particular, from current accounts with a unique mode of use), intended for crediting all funds from Ukrenergo, with a term of validity until the total fulfillment of obligations under the natural gas supply contract.
Naftogaz Trading will supply natural gas not only to thermal power plants but also to central heating plants based on natural gas supply contracts at the following prices:
- for thermal power plants that produce electrical energy in the heating cycle, - 16,500 UAH/tcm (including VAT);
- for TPPs and CHPs that produce electrical energy in the condensation cycle - UAH 10,950/tcm (including VAT).
As the ex-director of GTSOU, Sergiy Makogon, reported on December 6, Trypilska TPP continues to take natural gas from the system without authorization, as Naftogaz refuses to supply it with natural gas.
