Naftogaz Group companies ensure the country's energy stability and the sustainable passage of the heating season when the third heating season occurs in the context of a full-scale Russian invasion and massive enemy attacks on energy facilities. This was reported by Naftogaz's press service.
According to the company, despite all the challenges, Naftogaz Group enterprises are operating normally, ensuring the production, storage, and supply of gas to all categories of consumers.
“Supporting the operation of critical and social infrastructure, repairing networks and equipment to restore gas supply after enemy attacks, supplying gas to frontline communities, increasing gas production - a large team of Naftogaz Group specialists works daily to fulfill these tasks,” Naftogaz said.
Naftogaz Group remains one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine. At the end of 2024, the Group's enterprises transferred more than UAH 104 billion to the budget of Ukraine, which is an important factor for the sustainability of the national economy.
The company reports that these results were made possible thanks to the work of a large team of Naftogaz Group, coordination, and support from the Supervisory Board, Government, Parliament, NEURC, and the Ministry of Energy as the body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the oil and gas sector. Under the coordination and support of the Ministry of Energy, Naftogaz receives critical equipment from international partners, including UNDP and USAID, to ensure cogeneration at Naftogaz Group's CHP plants.
