The Martin Group, a leading fuel importer, will inaugurate its first filling station on August 17. The company announced the launch on its social media pages.

On Sunday, August 17, Martin will officially open the station in the village of Ostritsa, Chernivtsi region. Visitors at the opening will have the chance to spin a prize wheel and win 20 liters of fuel, the announcement said.

The company says the station will include amenities for long-haul truck drivers such as showers and washing machines. A café will also be available on site.

The Martin Group is an international trader with 10 years of experience in the petroleum products market. The company has offices in Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. Founded by Volodymyr Poraiko, Martin operates two vessels, more than 100 rail tank cars, and its own fleet of fuel trucks.

Background

Earlier, NaftoRynok reported that Martin plans to build a fuel complex in Bukovyna. The site will feature a filling station with facilities for drivers and passengers, a service station, a TIR truck wash, and an LPG refueling point. It will handle the reception, storage, and sale of two grades of gasoline, two grades of diesel, LPG, and AdBlue.
