In January-October, Ukraine imported fuel and energy products worth $8.5 billion, the State Customs Service of Ukraine reported.

Fuel and energy products — the third-largest import category by expenditure. Only imports of machinery, equipment and transport were costlier — $27 billion, as well as chemical industry products — $10.4 billion.
Overall, these three categories account for 68% of imports for the 10 months of 2025. During customs clearance of these goods, UAH 167.9 billion was paid into the budget, or 29% of the total customs payments.
Overall, during January–October 2025, goods worth $67.8 billion were imported to Ukraine, and $33.2 billion were exported.
Countries from which the most goods were imported to Ukraine: China — $15.1 billion, Poland — $6.4 billion, and Germany — $5.4 billion.
Ukraine exported the most to: Poland — $4.2 billion, Turkey — $2.2 billion, and Germany — $2.0 billion.
