BVS Group has implemented its proprietary control software, the «Nadezhda» Software Complex (PKN), which fully automates LPG sales processes and minimizes the human factor. The company announced the launch on its social media platforms.
The new software ensures multi-stage monitoring of fuel movement to the consumer. The system enables real-time tracking of fuel quantity, density, weight, and volume at every stage. To facilitate this, all BVS LPG delivery trucks have been equipped with specialized hardware that automatically transmits data to the main server immediately after each loading and discharge.
The process begins with the customer creating an order, specifying the required volume of fuel along with the preferred date and time of delivery. After a manager processes the request, the information is forwarded to the logistics department. Subsequently, the PKN automatically generates the optimal route for the delivery truck, factoring in the customer's location. The driver receives a finalized, approved route, while the customer simultaneously sees the precise arrival time of the specialized transport
A key advantage of the PKN is the creation of a unified digital ecosystem for all participants in the supply chain. Personalized user portals within the system are available not only to BVS managers and drivers but also to the company's clients. Users can check the volume of received and dispatched product at any given time, as well as monitor their remaining inventory.
