The BARS gas station network (TM BARS) has entered the Cherkasy region and expanded the number of gas stations by four units, reports a NaftoRynk correspondent after visiting the renovated facility in the regional center.

Where BARS Is Growing Fastest

According to NaftoRynok, the newly acquired stations previously operated under the ANP brand, part of the "Privat" group (at 10 Sumgaitska St., Cherkasy, retail licenses between 2019–2025 were held by four LLCs: Best Petrol, PMM Trade, Enterprise Oil, and Antares 2022). Other stations were owned by local operator "Cherkasy-Oil" (beneficiaries listed in YouControl: Oleksandr Derzhavets, Oksana Hrebinska, and Oleksandr Saevych). These include two locations in Cherkasy region (Heronymivka village and Kaniv) and one in Kyiv region (Rosava village).

BARS has already begun partial upgrades to the sites. The team from "Kod Proekt" installed new modern signage, revamped the canopies with fresh cladding, and improved the station grounds. The next phase will include a full renovation of the convenience stores and an expanded selection of goods and services. An LPG module has also been installed at the former ANP site.

About the BARS Network

BARS is the retail arm of "Bars 2000," a wholesale company owned by Hennadii Hladchenko and Oleksandr Piatkovskyi, specializing in the supply of both imported and domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The company launched its LPG operations in 2014 in the Kyiv region, where it gradually added non-fuel retail services.

Since then, BARS has built two modern multi-fuel stations in Poltava region—in the cities of Horishni Plavni and Kremenchuk. In 2023, the network grew further by leasing stations in Lviv region and other areas. As of May 2025, BARS operates 35 stations across four Ukrainian regions, with half of them located in Kyiv.
