At a meeting on February 10, the recently formed Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine elected the chairman of the Supervisory Board - Anthony Marino. The company's press service reported this.
The company notes that Anthony Marino is an exploration and production specialist with over 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Marino also has extensive management experience. He held the positions of executive director, president, and CEO of Vermilion Energy, an international hydrocarbon exploration and production company with a market capitalization of $4 billion.
Currently, Anthony Marino is also the President and CEO of Tenaz Energy. During 2002-2020, he worked on the supervisory boards and boards of directors of 6 companies and organizations. He is a citizen of the USA and Canada.
"The newly elected supervisory board of Naftogaz begins its work. This is very important both for ensuring the transparency of processes within the company and for its public perception. I am sure that we have a lot of fruitful work ahead of us," added Oleksiy Chernyshov, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
