On July 30, Naftogaz of Ukraine, as the sole shareholder of Ukrtransgaz, appointed Roman Malyutin as the CEO of Ukrtransgaz for a three-year term starting July 31. Naftogaz's decision No. 624 approved the terms of the contract with Ukrtransgaz CEO Roman Malyutin.
As a reminder, since January 6, 2023, Malyutin has been heading Ukrtransgaz as acting CEO of the company, replacing Sergiy Pereloma.
Naftogaz noted that Malyutin had gone all the way from an operator and engineer at the Kegichevske UGS to deputy chief engineer of the eastern region of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.
Before he was appointed the head of Ukrtransgaz, he headed the company's technical department for a year and a half, where he was responsible for the operation of compressor stations, energy and metrology, and also supported projects to develop low-carbon technologies and storage of hydrogen mixtures.
