In October 2017 PJSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" has increased natural gas production by 7,1% compared to October 2016 (by 88million cubic meters) - up to 1.318 billion cubic meters.
For ten months of 2017, natural gas production amounted to 12 660 million cubic meters, which by 513 million cubic meters (or 4,2%) exceeds the figures of the same period of last year. At the same time, it is seven times the amount of extraction growth for the whole 2016 year.
The necessary prerequisites for the implementation of the 20/20 Program are the improvement of the legislation regulating land issues, the introduction of transparent procedures for granting and prolonging licenses, the favourable tax regime, and the elimination of political interference in the work of enterprises of the oil and gas complex.
