ARMA should flood Naftogaz Oil Trading with tens of millions of investments in the U.GO network. The letter of Naftogaz Chairman Oleksiy Chernyshov to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal states about the expenses of Naftogaz Oil Trading (NOT), a member of the Naftogaz group, which were aimed at restoring the operation of the Glusko gas stations network.
In particular, for the restoration of the operation of energy assets of the enterprises of the Glusco Ukraine group, the NPO spent:
- UAH 58 million for the purchase of petroleum products for the launch of the network at the first stage;
- more than UAH 180 million for the purchase of fuel to ensure the operation of the U.GO gas station network (as of the current moment);
- more than UAH 33.5 million of the manager's total costs for rebranding the gas station network, providing IT infrastructure, and marketing activities;
- more than UAH 7 million - expenses related to the repayment of critical debts of the enterprises of the Glusco Ukraine Group, which were necessary for the restoration of their economic activities.
One may remember that Naftogaz Oil Trading believes that the network of Glusco gas stations was effectively and transparently managed, and the actions of ARMA regarding the termination of gas stations management contracts are called illegal.
